- Total wedding package pricing is gated behind an information form.
- The FAQ requires a non-refundable 25% booking fee, another 25% 60 days later, and the remaining balance 30 days before the event.
- A $400 security deposit is due 14 days before the event and is returned within up to 10 business days after inspection if all requirements are met.

The venue says it never hosts more than one event at a time.
Outside professional vendors are allowed except bartenders and must be licensed and insured. Suite 616 is the sole alcohol provider; BYOB is not allowed, and alcohol events require licensed security and host liquor-liability insurance.
Setup, event time, and cleanup must all occur within the booked rental time.
