Venue details
- The total venue price is request-only.
- A signed contract and non-refundable $1,000 deposit reserve the date; the remaining balance plus a separate $1,000 refundable security deposit are due 90 days before the event.
Seating for up to 299
- Venue rental includes contracted access to indoor and outdoor areas and tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception.
Clients may use their own vendors; a preferred list is not required.
Event insurance is required. Alcohol service must use a certified bartender with retail alcohol insurance, approved by Mason Farm at least 10 days before the event.
