Who is accountable
“VowMath Editorial Team” is an organizational publisher byline. It does not mean that a separate newsroom, credentialed expert, or independent professional reviewed a page. The current guide release was produced and approved through an AI-assisted Codex workflow under project-operator authority.
No named subject-matter expert or separate credentialed fact-checker is attached to the current guides. If that changes, the applicable article will name the person, their role, and the scope of their review. Insurance, contract, tax, accessibility, and financial material remains general education—not professional advice.
How AI is used
AI assists with topic research, source mapping, drafting, arithmetic checks, citation placement, internal links, schema validation, and release checks. Automated checks can prove that exact copy and citations were signed; they cannot prove that a source is correct, that every sentence is entailed, or that a reviewer has professional expertise.
A guide must still use retained source evidence, label assumptions and examples, expose important uncertainty, pass the article validation rules, and receive an authorized release signature. The detailed technical boundary is documented in the research methodology.
Freshness rule
Every released guide receives a visible source-review due date exactly 90 calendar days after its recorded review date. A known material change to a cited price, dataset, law, regulation, insurance statement, or government guidance triggers earlier review.
An overdue guide cannot remain eligible for search discovery: the application rechecks guide freshness on a daily cache cycle, then removes overdue work from the sitemap and machine-readable guide list and emits a noindex directive until its decision-critical sources and claims are rechecked. A scheduled production check verifies the public HTML and discovery files. This is not a source-monitoring service; material changes still require an operator to initiate review.
Corrections and change record
Send a correction to hello@vowmath.com with the page URL, disputed sentence, and strongest available source. VowMath rechecks the retained evidence and the current source before changing a factual claim. A material correction requires a new article version and release signature; the old signature is never edited in place.
There is no guaranteed response-time SLA while the editorial operation remains small. No published corrections have been recorded for the current July 24, 2026 guide release. Future material corrections will be listed here with the affected URL, date, and a plain-language description of what changed.
What publication approval proves
The signed export proves that one authorized release key approved the exact article copy, citations, FAQs, interlinks, metadata, and release fields. It does not by itself prove independence, expertise, source rights, factual truth, current availability, or search performance. Those remain separate review obligations.
