VowMath helps you find public venue prices, compare the costs in your own quotes, and ask for the details that are still missing. A listed price is a place to start. Before you book, ask the venue for a final quote in writing.

Start with the decision you need to make. The directory, venue cost calculator, and guides each answer a different part of the cost question.
Find a venue
Browse venues by location. A venue page shows the public facts we found, links to the source, and says when we checked it. If a price or fee is not listed, the page leaves that question open.
Compare venue quotes
Enter up to three venue quotes in the venue cost calculator. It adds the costs you enter and keeps unanswered charges visible. The result helps you compare the same event at each venue; it does not verify a quote.
Read a guide
Use the guides to work through venue terms, vendor costs, and planning choices. Each guide shows its sources and dates so you can check a claim before you use it.
How we handle a price
We keep a source’s price separate from our math and from a planning estimate. A public rental price may cover the space while leaving food, service charges, tax, and rentals unstated. We show the stated amount with its scope. We do not turn an unstated cost into zero or call the result a final quote.
When you compare venues, use the same date, guest count, and package needs for each one. Then ask: “What is included in this price, and which required costs will appear on the final quote?” See how we check public prices and handle missing details.
Who prepares the guides
Guides appear under Clara Bennett, VowMath’s fictional editorial persona. VowMath researches and drafts the guides with AI tools under written editorial rules. Before a guide is published, a separate AI review checks it against its sources and checks its math, and that review is recorded. A person does not review every guide before it is published. We name an expert review only when it happened.

VowMath is not a venue representative or wedding planner. Venues cannot pay for placement or rank in the directory. A venue page is not an endorsement, and public details may change after we check them. The venue controls its current prices, availability, and agreement.
