- The live FAQ states $500 at booking, a second $500 halfway to the event, and the final balance one month before the event.
- It also states a refund minus $250 for cancellations more than 90 days out, no refund inside 90 days, and a rescheduling fee up to $250.
The official site says the venue is coming soon and currently under construction, with tours by appointment.
The published full-day option provides 12 consecutive hours and the half-day option 6 consecutive hours, both including setup and breakdown.
Outside vendors are permitted, alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender, and clients must provide special-event insurance or an applicable rider.
