- Entire-facility wedding packages: peak May-October Saturday $2,700/Sunday $1,700; non-peak November-April Saturday $2,075/Sunday $1,325; entire-facility hourly rate $200 on Friday-Sunday, with Thursday evenings advertised at 50% off.
- Birthday package $250; selected add-ons include naturalist/animals $150/hour, sound system $75, and twinkle lights $300.

- For a wedding/entire-facility reservation, clients may pay in full or pay a 50% non-refundable deposit; the remaining 50% is due 60 days before the event.
- The cancellation deadline is 30 days. Before the deadline, the stated refund is 50% of the full rental fee, except that a paid non-refundable deposit is not refunded; after the deadline, no refund is issued. Weather rescheduling may be discussed at no additional charge but replacement-date availability is not promised.
The wedding FAQ allows clients to choose vendors/caterers but requires disclosure of the vendor list at the one-month check-in; renters and vendors have no access outside reserved time.
Reserved hours must include setup/takedown/cleanup, and renters must restore the property after the event; damage or extra cleaning may be assessed.

Ask for a written quote for your date and guest count.
- Entire-facility maximum occupancy and layout-specific wedding capacity.
- Tax, insurance, damage-deposit, and any event-specific permit/security costs.
- Availability of a weather-reschedule date.
- Whether the wedding FAQ's 50% deposit option is an exception to the general rates/policies statement that reservations are paid in full at booking; confirm the controlling contract.
