Beloved Ballroom: up to 300 seated
Venue rental runs from 10 a.m. to midnight. It includes the Grove Chapel, Beloved Ballroom, Phoebe's Garden, Grove Chapel Courtyard, getting-ready suites, tables, chairs, parking, and listed venue amenities.
The venue adds an 18% service fee. It requires caterers from its list unless it approves an insured off-list caterer for a $2,000 fee. Bar 1901 provides alcohol service, and outside alcohol is prohibited.
Couples must work with an insured coordinator at least eight weeks before the event and carry $1 million in event liability insurance.
