Entire Garden: up to 500 seated
The 2026 guide lists the Global Collection Garden micro wedding at $500 for one hour and up to 15 admission tickets, weekday Woodland Glade rentals at $1,800 for four hours, and the Global Collection Garden Tent at $4,500 for six hours on Monday through Friday or Sunday.
A firm reservation requires a signed rental agreement, signed scope agreement, and 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance, refundable damage deposit of $200 to $1,500, and proof of general liability insurance are due 30 days before the event.
Approved vendors must provide food, beverage, and furniture rentals. Events with alcohol require licensed TABC service and one security guard per 100 guests at $50 per hour with a four-hour minimum.
