Church: 250 with a DJ, 220 with a band
- A signed wedding rental agreement and 50% deposit are required to reserve a date.
The official brand covers the historic church, The Annex, courtyard, and associated preparation suites at one Wilmington campus.
Wedding clients must select a coordinator and caterer from the venue's preferred list; other vendor categories are not limited to that list.
Alcohol is handled through the venue under its on-site ABC permits rather than supplied independently by the client.
