A still-live Plant 7 PDF contains numeric rates, but it appears to be a June 2024 artifact and covers Plant 7 rather than The Loft, so those amounts should not be treated as current The Loft pricing.

The Blue Heron Event Venue

The current official wedding guide lists venue rental at $8,000 Saturday, $6,500 Friday or Sunday, and $4,000 Monday through Thursday; extra time is $300 per hour. It advertises 20% off January and February and 10% off March, July, and August, with holiday rates potentially higher. The March 2026 catering guide starts food at $50 per guest and says most couples spend $60-$75 per guest; bar service fees start at $8 per guest. A nonrefundable first payment is generally 25% of estimated venue plus catering, rising to 50% when booked four or fewer months out.
