Clients may bring alcohol after obtaining the required one-time North Carolina ABC permit and necessary insurance.
Setup can typically begin four to six hours before the event, subject to event-specific planning.

Ask for a written quote for your date and guest count.
- Base rental amounts and package prices
- Taxes, service charges, security charges, and other mandatory fees
- Whether the 25% cancellation refund is calculated from the deposit or total paid
- Insurance type, limits, and which vendors trigger the requirement
- Layout-specific occupancy and any combined-hall occupancy
