- Base rent is $200 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
- A 50% deposit secures the date and the balance is due seven days before the event; credit cards may add 4%.
- Overtime or extra setup/breakdown time is $100 per 30 minutes.
- A $150 cleaning fee applies unless included or waived, and a $300 refundable security deposit is required unless waived in the contract.
- Published add-ons include a $150 dance class and $100 each for professional audio and lighting.
Maximum: 20 people
- More than 30 days out receives a full deposit refund; 15-30 days receives 50% of the deposit; fewer than 14 days is nonrefundable.

Outside food and catering are allowed, but the venue has no kitchen and prohibits open-flame or large-equipment food preparation.
