Ballroom Dance of NJ

Base rent is $200 per hour with a two-hour minimum. A 50% deposit secures the date and the balance is due seven days before the event; credit cards may add 4%. Overtime or extra setup/breakdown time is $100 per 30 minutes. A $150 cleaning fee applies unless included or waived, and a $300 refundable security deposit is required unless waived in the contract. Published add-ons include a $150 dance class and $100 each for professional audio and lighting.

Capacity
