- Wedding ceremonies are $1,250.
- Receptions or parties are $1,750 Sunday-Thursday for 5 p.m.-10 p.m. and $3,250 Friday-Saturday for 6 p.m.-midnight.
- Luncheons are $650.
- Receptions and special events require a $1,000 security deposit and $1,000,000 liability-insurance certificate; luncheon pricing also states that security deposit and insurance are additional.
- The full fee is due at reservation and is nonrefundable.
Reception: 100 with a dance floor
The city currently publishes separate ceremony, reception or party, and luncheon fees.
Ten 60-inch round tables and up to 250 chairs are included, but the renter or caterer must set them up within the rental time.
Events must use a caterer from the city's authorized list.
