Full rental: $4,000 Saturday and $3,500 Monday-Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday, maximum four hours; additional contracted time is $1,000.
Limited rental: $2,500 Saturday and $2,000 on the listed non-Friday days, maximum two hours.
Contemporary Room and photo-shoot rentals are $300 per hour with a two-hour minimum and up to eight hours.
Keeping galleries open beyond the included first hour is $200 per hour.
All rentals require a $1,000 refundable deposit.
