- A-la-carte Grand Magnolia Ballroom is $1,200 off-season or $2,000 peak; the Boutique Intimate Venue is $400 or $600; outdoor event space is $300.
- Local/state taxes and production fees are additional, and prices may change with final details.
- A nonrefundable $500 deposit and signed contract secure the date, and the deposit applies to the final balance.
Peak pricing applies to Friday-Sunday in March-May and September-December; other weekdays and January, February, June, July, and August weekends are classified as off-season.
Food and beverage service must use the venue's exclusive caterer list and be confirmed with the Event Specialist; Scranton's is the in-house caterer and handles on-site alcohol service.
The venue states that it has ABC licensing and liquor-liability insurance, requires certified bartenders and security when alcohol is present, and does not allow guests to bring alcohol after an event starts.
Music must end by midnight, last call is no later than 11:30 p.m., and the event space must be vacated by 12:30 a.m.
