Venue details
- Full-day 10 a.m.-10 p.m. rentals are $2,850 Thursday, $3,850 Friday, $4,850 Saturday, and $3,850 Sunday.
- Monday-Wednesday is $200 per hour with a five-hour minimum.
- Prices cover up to 100 guests; extending to as many as 200 costs $550.
- Other mandatory charges include a $50 nonrefundable contract fee, a 10% venue-amenity-and-tax charge, $200 linen cleaning, $500 deep cleaning, and a $1,000 refundable security deposit.
- Extended access is $250 per hour; public ticketed events add $1,000.
Up to 200 guests
- Half the venue fee is due at signing and is nonrefundable for client cancellation; the other half is due 30 days before the event.
Standard access is 10 a.m.-10 p.m.; paid extensions may begin at 8 a.m. or run to midnight, and cleanup must finish by midnight.
The standard reservation includes specified quantities of dinner tables and linens, folding chairs and covers, cocktail and bistro tables, furniture, rugs, drapery, and serving pieces.
Clients may choose their own vendors and caterer and may provide alcohol, but any alcohol service requires the venue's bartending upgrade and alcohol may not be sold on the property.
