Staff set up and take down tables and chairs for interior rental spaces; renters must plan decoration and cleanup within their applicable rental block.

Setup before the event date is not allowed unless the renter also rents the space for that additional date, and deliveries cannot be accepted early.

Events with 100 or more invited guests must use the venue's pre-approved food and bar providers; smaller groups may bring other food, but unapproved alcohol is prohibited.

The terrace can host a ceremony followed by a pavilion reception. Other Southwind Park ceremony sites can be rented separately, subject to availability and a weather plan.

Wedding rentals do not include linens. The included white linens and $5 charge for each extra linen apply to social rentals and business meetings, not weddings.
