- The 2026 rates are $230 per hour Friday or Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a 4-hour minimum; $275 per hour Friday or Sunday from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. with a 4-hour minimum; $425 per hour Saturday with a 6-hour minimum and $250 additional hours; $195 per hour Monday-Thursday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a 4-hour minimum; and $220 per hour Monday-Thursday from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. with a 4-hour minimum.
- The venue collects $435 at booking: a $325 refundable security deposit and a $110 outside-catering fee that is refunded if in-house catering is selected later.
Seated dining: up to 210, depending on layout
- The rental includes tables and chairs, a built-in bar, catering prep kitchen, sound system, projector, DJ booth, microphone, Wi-Fi, and a commercial refrigerator. Bridal and groom suites are included with rentals of 6 to 14 hours.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before the event. Cancellation within six months requires the remaining venue balance; cancellation more than six months before the event adds no charge beyond the non-refundable deposit.
The venue permits client-provided alcohol or bartender service and requires a TABC-certified bartender.
