2026 hourly venue rates: Friday/Sunday 7 a.m.-2 p.m. $230/hour (4-hour minimum), Friday/Sunday 2-11 p.m. $275/hour (4-hour minimum), Saturday $425/hour (6-hour minimum) with extra hours $250/hour, Monday-Thursday 7 a.m.-2 p.m. $195/hour (4-hour minimum), and Monday-Thursday 2-11 p.m. $220/hour (4-hour minimum). Required fees total $435: $325 fully refundable security deposit plus $110 outside-catering fee, refundable if in-house catering is later selected. Standard sales tax applies. Reservation requires a 50% deposit of the total invoice; final balance is due 60 days before the event.
