- Current Mansion one-day rates (fee sheet revised 2025-07-01) are Monday-Thursday $600 plus a $300 refundable damage deposit, Friday/Sunday $1,100 plus $550, and Saturday $1,200 plus $600.
- Mansion two-day rates are $1,200 plus $300 for Monday-Thursday combinations, or $2,300 plus $550 for Friday-Saturday and $2,300 plus $600 for Saturday-Sunday.
- Additional Mansion time is listed at $75 per hour in the Mansion guidelines.

- The FAQ requires cancellation at least 120 days before the rental date and a written request.
Allandale Mansion is a City of Kingsport facility operated by Kingsport Parks and Recreation.
A Mansion rental includes designated indoor rooms, two changing rooms, the front lawn, circle drive, formal gardens, 50 white folding chairs, and six tables; it does not include the Heron Dome or Amphitheater.
The basic facility rental is seven hours. Allandale does not provide catering; the renter secures an outside caterer.
Alcohol may be served, but the FAQ says insurance coverage is required.
