The venue is at 2300 Gunn Road, Adams, Tennessee, on Gunn Farm in the Port Royal community outside Clarksville.
The Ruby Cora states that it has an open vendor policy; its home page separately says licensed coordinators are required for weddings.
For celebrations with alcohol, the venue requires ABC-certified servers and event insurance with liquor liability, and the client supplies the alcohol.
The current official fee sheet publishes three 2026 wedding tiers with seasonal prices and states that sales tax is included.
