FY26/27 rates, with a period defined as four hours unless noted, include: Agnew Room or Lecture Room $275 external/$137.50 internal; both rooms $550 external/$275 internal; Carriage House ground or upper floor $440 external; Xeriscape Garden or Garden Amphitheater ceremony/event $825 external; Upper or Lower Lawn $1,100 external; both lawns/terrace/patio $1,980 external; Duck Pond Gazebo $330 external per hour; and the whole house plus both lawns/terraces and Carriage House $3,500 external. Internal rates shown for many spaces are generally Monday-Thursday only, otherwise external rates apply.
