- Basic rent is $500 for nonprofits and $1,000 for for-profit users.
- Bronze-through-Platinum package totals are $675-$1,725 nonprofit and $1,175-$2,225 for-profit.
- Listed extras include Social Garden $200, Extended Patio $200, restrooms $175-$225, and production tech $25/hour a la carte.
- Police are $65/hour per officer with a four-hour and two-officer minimum; Fire/EMS are $50/hour per provider, $58/hour holiday.
- Clean-up/maintenance is TBD and security is outside the rental total.
Event licensees must provide commercial general liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and name the City of Canton as an additional insured.
Event safety and security are not included in rent; Canton Police determines requirements and the City bills those costs separately.
Jerzee's Cafe is required for food sold inside the Plaza, and alcohol sold or distributed at events is controlled by the Plaza's designated operators and liquor-permit holder.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval; an approved event requires a signed rental agreement.
