Saturday is $7,000 in March-June and September-December or $6,000 in January, February, July, and August.
Sunday is $5,300 or $4,200 on the same seasonal split.
A $1,500 deposit secures the date.
Two hundred chairs are included and up to 200 more are offered at $2 per chair.
Credit-card payment adds 4%.

Included items

The rental includes tables, 200 chairs, black or white table linens, event staff, setup and breakdown of venue-provided items, and standard cleanup and trash removal.

Access window

The Saturday package covers Friday 11 a.m.-9 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.-11:59 p.m.; Sunday weddings run 10 a.m.-10:59 p.m.

Vendor restrictions

Outside caterers are allowed with proper licensing and insurance, but the venue requires use of its bar service.

Insurance

Event insurance is required and the venue says it need not be purchased until 14 days before the wedding.
