Friday is $5,000 in January, February, July, August, and December or $6,000 in prime months. Saturday is $6,500 or $7,500; Sunday is $5,000 or $6,000 on the same seasonal split. All list 9 a.m.-midnight access. Venue rental adds 7% sales tax; credit-card payment adds 3%. Optional bar invoices add 7% tax, 20% service charge, and a $250 setup fee. The required $1,000,000 event policy is estimated by the venue at about $175. Listed rehearsal-day add-ons are $1,500 Thursday before a Friday wedding and $2,500 Friday before a Saturday wedding, subject to stated timing rules.
