Basic fee $900/hour for five hours ($4,500 before other charges), including tables, chairs, and use of main and lower halls; setup/cleanup $1,000; galley 10% of caterer's invoice; parking $200 per lot; security/coat check $150; on-site ceremony $900 for up to one hour; gold chiavari chairs $5 each. A non-refundable $1,500 initial deposit is credited to the total, followed by a non-refundable deposit of one-third of the anticipated total due 10 days before the reception.
