The center is accessible and climate controlled, with audiovisual equipment, a full-service kitchen, tables, an outside patio, and free parking for 60 cars.
General food catering is unrestricted, but alcohol service must be hired from the Community Center's approved alcohol-caterer list.
The current brochure says security is required for evening and weekend rentals.
