- For the remainder of 2026 except September, Saturday is $5,000; adding the preceding Friday is $1,500; standalone Friday or Sunday is $4,500.
- September 2026 has listed adjusted dates at $3,750 on Fridays/Sundays and $4,000 on selected Saturdays.
- August is normally not hosted but may be considered by inquiry.
- The site's 2027 collections are a separate future structure and must not be blended into current 2026 pricing.
- The FAQ requires $1,000 when the contract is signed, the final installment 30 days before the event, and states that cancellation within eight months leaves the final payment due.
The venue hosts one wedding or event per day.
Outside vendors are welcome, and the FAQ requires day-of event insurance with at least $1,000,000 in coverage.
