- Thursday rentals are unavailable.
- Hours beyond 10 incur an unspecified extra charge; Saturday access during April-November cannot start before 2 p.m.
- Rental includes covered outdoor space, power, restrooms, refrigerator/freezer access, a catering prep kitchen, limited house sound, patio, boardwalk, and parking.
The venue is at 228 South Main Street behind the Visit Statesboro Welcome Center and states that it hosts events year-round.
Alcohol is permitted at private events with proper permits.
