Wedding access window

Wedding rental includes six hours of event time, three hours of vendor access beforehand, and one hour afterward for cleanup; off-site-ceremony rentals receive five event hours.

Private event access window

One-space private rentals include three event hours, two setup hours, and one cleanup hour; full-building rentals include five event hours, three setup hours, and one cleanup hour.

Vendor requirements

Weddings require a licensed and insured planner or coordinator; clients may choose their caterer, and alcohol service must be handled by licensed and insured bartending providers.
