- June 2026 base rates: Main Hall half day $1,200 Mon-Thu or $1,600 Fri-Sun, full day $1,600/$2,000; South Hall half day $650/$850, full day $850/$1,000; entire venue $3,000/$3,500; Meeting Room 1 $200/$300 and Rooms 2 or 3 $250/$400.
- Two meeting rooms are $700 for 6 hours or $1,000 for 12; three are $900 or $1,200.
- Nonprofits receive 20% off rental space with proof; city-holiday rates double; additional fees may apply.
- A $500 fully refundable damage deposit and 50% of the preliminary invoice are due to secure a date, with the balance due at least 30 days before the event.
Main hall: over 1,200 seated
- The base space price includes one room set, tables, chairs, one microphone, and a lectern.
- A $500 damage deposit is required to hold a requested date and is returned within two weeks if no listed damage or excessive-cleaning charges apply.
The facility has three combinable meeting rooms and a 15,000-square-foot main hall that can divide into two halls; the South Hall has a fixed stage.
