The venue lists day-specific rental prices from $2,000 for a Monday-through-Thursday daytime complete-facility rental to $8,500 for a Saturday complete-facility rental of any 10 hours.
A 50% non-refundable room-rental deposit secures the date. The $1,000 refundable damage deposit is due 30 days before the event. Required security costs $75 per guard per hour with a four-hour minimum, and the venue sets the guard count.
