- Full-day venue rates are $6,000 Monday through Thursday, $6,500 Friday, $8,000 Saturday, and $6,500 Sunday for up to 12 hours of access.
- A $4,000 six-hour micro-event rental for 50 or fewer guests is generally available only within four weeks of the event date and does not allow weddings with both a ceremony and reception.
- Extra time is $750 per hour.
- Holiday surcharges and required outside services can add cost.

Full-day rates are $6,000 Monday through Thursday, $6,500 Friday, $8,000 Saturday, and $6,500 Sunday. Full-day rental includes up to 12 hours for setup, event time, and teardown.
The $4,000 micro-event option is a six-hour rental for up to 50 guests, is generally bookable only within four weeks, and does not allow a wedding with both ceremony and reception.
A signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit reserve the date. Card payments have a 3.5% fee. A $2,500 refundable damage authorization is due 90 days before the event. Valet, approved bar service, or additional security may also be required.
