- It includes the Oak Haven ceremony site, Pond Patio reception, food, nonalcoholic bar setups, staff, decor, setup and teardown, three pre-event hours, and five ceremony-and-reception hours.
- Sales tax, a refundable damage deposit, and credit-card fees are extra; the venue also requires a $750 nonrefundable down payment.
