- The official full-event schedule lists $5,000 for Monday or Thursday in regular-season March, November, or December; $6,000 Friday or Sunday and $8,000 Saturday in those months.
- Peak-season April, May, June, September, or October rates are $7,000 Monday or Thursday, $10,000 Friday or Saturday, and $8,000 Sunday.
- A separate Monday–Thursday small ceremony for up to 50 guests is $1,000–$2,200, depending on guest count.
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and other-month full-event rates are not listed.
Outdoor wedding: up to 150 guests
Named ceremony sites are the Avenue of Oaks, the Wedding Oak, and the Wedding Garden.
Two wedding-party areas include four rooms with private bathrooms on one side and a two-story wing with a dressing room, bathroom, and lounge.
The catering kitchen has an oven, stove, refrigerator without a freezer, ice machine, and prep table. Catering and bar service must be approved, licensed, and insured.
The grounds include a screened porch, fountain patio, two lagoons, and rigging points for two tent sizes.
Complimentary guest parking and shuttle transport from the parking area are provided.
