- The current 2026 Tier 3 permit for Friday and Saturday wedding receptions lists $175 per hour January–March, $3,000 per day April–October, or $2,000 per day November–December.
- A wedding ceremony adds $500, food and beverage adds $2 per attendee, and Tier 3 police coverage is currently $129.59 per hour per officer for the last five rental hours.

Seated event: up to 225
- Tier 3 includes use of the pavilion, patios, tables, cloth chairs, and event staff. The permit says the rate includes setup and teardown of city-owned tables and chairs.
- The City requires a completed permit and deposit. Wedding ceremony or reception permits must be processed at least 60 days before the proposed event date.
