- For July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, weekday rental starts at $362 per hour for city residents with a two-hour minimum ($724 rental).
- An eight-hour Friday or Sunday package is $5,141 resident or $6,013 nonresident; Saturday and holiday packages cost more.
- The City requires a $1,000 nonrefundable down payment and $1,000 refundable security deposit and lists event-specific setup, dance-floor, cleaning, and security fees.

Event center, lounge, and terraces: up to 200 guests
- The eight-hour weekend package includes the entry lounge, event room, terraces, tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, cleaning, and an event monitor. Setup and breakdown must fit within the reservation time.
The City allows outside catering vendors and alcohol service in the venue and on the terraces. The on-site catering kitchen has warming and refrigeration equipment.
Amplified music is allowed until 10 p.m. Adjacent parking lots are paid; free public street parking begins after 6 p.m. on Cabrillo Boulevard.
City house rules list 215 only for a standing layout without a dance floor, buffet, bar, DJ, or other space-consuming items. The current venue page lists 200 for event use.
